HOSTEL DETAILS

Sudhir Memorial Institute has boarding facilities available to students from class I upwards. The culture of a Residential School has been gradually established. In fact, you could say now that the school is designed as a residential school that also admits day boarders.–student and peer-to peer interactions contribute to develop learning experiences from the laboratory exercise, which can help them in experimentation, research and exploration in the following laboratories of our campus.

RULES & REGULATION

1) Students' personal expenses are to be paid directly to the school by Cash/Demand Draft at the time of admission.

2) In case for any reason, a student after joining, leaves the school on his own within 15 days, then 50% of the annual charges will be taken. In both cases, the bill for student's Personal Expenses till date is to be paid in full.

3) In case of withdrawing ward from the school hostel, the parents must remove the belongings of the ward within one month, failing which, the same shall distributed to the poor children and the parents will have no claim thereafter.

4) In case of violation of rules & regulation of the school, the principal reserves the right to ask the student to leave on disciplinary ground. The principal's decision in regard is final. The parents/guardian will have to collect the ward immediately otherwise a member of the school staff will escort the student to parents/guardian's residence. The decision will rest with the principal and travel expenses of the student and escort will be borne by the parents.

5) The parents will be hold the institution identified against all claims arising through illness and accident.

6) The Principal or any other staff member, officiating as the principal, is authorized, in case a student is to be operated upon in a emergency or in any other emergent condition, when the consent cannot be obtained in time.

7) In case of withdrawing ward from the school hostel, the parents must remove the belongings of the ward within one month, failing which, the same shall distributed to the poor children and the parents will have no claim thereafter.

8) Parents/guardian will be permitted to visit to their wards between 10 am. to 5 pm. on Sunday/holidays. Night out is generally not granted, however, permission may be given in exceptional cases for the night preceding Sundays/holidays for those students having local guardian.

9) Student will not be allowed to use the school telephone without permission.

10) Students will not be allowed to keep any cash and valuable articles like ornaments, cameras, transistors, electronic dairy, etc. The school will not be held responsible for any loss of those articles, and keeping such articles shall be considered as a violation of the rules.

11) The school reserves right to increase the annual and miscellaneous charges each year, based on the corresponding increase in market prices.

12) The school will not held responsible for the loss of any clothing due to student's negligence.

13) Notice of withdraw of a students must reach the principal one month prior to the date of withdraw. failure to do so, parents have to pay months fees in liee.

14) Parents/authorized local guardians can meet the on any working day, between 11 am. to 1 pm. by prior appointment.

15) In case of new admission, full hostel charges are to be paid at the time of admission. The parents/guardian will also have the option to clear dues in four installments.

16) After long and short break (holidays), boarder should report to the hostel warden on working days between 10 am. to 4 pm. otherwise students and their parents will not be entertained.

17) Parents and guardians are not allowed to enter the hostel and school premises in the absence of hostel warden/staff.
